What social networks do you support?

For “social networks”, we support pulling in content from Twitter, Instagram.  However, we support quite a few other content sources as well, like SMS/MMS, Web Forms, Email, Dropbox, Slack, Webex, RSS Feeds, and Everwall Direct.

You can mix and match whichever content sources you’d like onto the single wall. For example, if you want to pull in hashtags from Twitter and Instagram, you can, and the posts from both social networks will appear on the same wall.

Twitter
For Twitter we support pulling in public posts that contain #hashtags, keywords, phrases, posts from specific users, and posts that mention specific users.

Instagram
For Instagram we support pulling in public posts that contain #hashtags, and posts from specific users.

SMS / MMS
SMS (otherwise known as text messages) and MMS (picture messages) are supported on our platform. We provide a “long” phone number for you to provide to your guests. Currently we support SMS in 17 countries (United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland). Picture messaging (MMS) is only available in the United States and Canada at this time.

Since you’re assigned a phone number, all messages sent to that phone number are displayed—they won’t need to use a specific hashtag.

SMS support on a self-service social wall costs an additional $19 per event day.

Facebook
For Facebook we can pull in any posts from pages you own.

TikTok
With TikTok we can pull in an videos you create.

Email
Email allows you to send an email to a specific email address assigned to you, and when we receive that email we’ll parse it and display it on your wall. It’s a great way for Ongoing walls, specifically, to be updated from internal tools or employees easily.

Direct (Web Form)
The Web Form source type is a form that can be enabled on your wall that can be embedded into mobile event apps or shared directly.  It allows your guests to post things directly to your wall without having to go through a social network, they just post to the web form and then it appears on your wall.

RSS
Import posts from any RSS feed, and display them on your social wall.

Slack
For Slack, you can pull in any text messages in any of your non-private channels. You can only connect one team at a time to your wall. Posts can include text and images.

Webex
For Webex, we can monitor any Spaces you have access to, and then show those messages on your social wall in real-time. Posts can include text and images.

Everwall Connect
Everwall Connect is a way for our partners and developers to send posts directly onto your social wall bypassing any public network, like Twitter. You can upload text posts and posts with images.
