Our support team is available 24/7 via email and chat. For events, we offer additional levels of support based on the support package or offering you go with. Our Premium Support option assigns you a Dedicated Account Manager while still being self service, and on our Full-Service offering you also get a Dedicated Account Manager (and a fully customized design). When you have an account manager you can communicate directly with them via email, chat, SMS and Whatsapp any time. They’ll also be on-call during your event hours should you need to reach out to them.
