How do I remove a user from appearing on the leaderboard?

We support hiding users from your leaderboard, while still allowing their posts to be shown on the social wall.

We’ve created a detailed tutorial for hiding users from leaderboards that you can follow along with screenshots.

To hide a user from appearing on your leaderboard while still displaying their posts on the wall, go to the Leaderboards page in the dashboard’s left menu. From there, find the user you want to hide and click on the hide icon to the right of their name.

If you don’t want the user’s posts to appear at all, you should block the user instead.
