How do I moderate the posts on my wall?

When you enable full moderation when setting up your wall, you can review the posts before they are shown publicly it from the Posts page in your account. For each post shown, you can click the Approve, Deny, or Stash button to move it to the Displayed, Blocked, or Stashed queues.
