I just added a hashtag to be monitored for, but no posts were pulled in, why?

If you add a hashtag when your wall is already live we will not automatically import the recent posts for the new hashtag, because it may overwhelm your wall. To import recent posts for the newly added hashtag, just log into your account and click on your wall, and then click on Posts in the left menu. On the right side of the page, you’ll see a button with three dots on it, and if you click on it, you’ll see an “Import Posts…” link. Click on that and you’ll be taken to our import posts tool.
The import posts tool can be used just like Twitter search to locate any posts that you want to import.
