Does monitoring start immediately after purchase, or on my event days?

When you purchase a social wall it does not go live instantly, unless you are already within 72-hours of your event starting. If you are within 72 hours of your event starting it will go live instantly because of our included pre-event monitoring period. You are only billed for the actual day(s) of your event (the pre-event monitoring period is included free with your purchase).

If you’re purchasing the social wall more than 72 hours in advance of your event, your social wall will also include a free 72-hour pre-event monitoring window for testing and to ensure that your social wall is not empty at the start of the event. If you purchase it more than 72-hours in advance, it’ll go live 72 hours prior to your event starting, and continue until the event is scheduled to end. To further elaborate on this, it’ll be live for your event days plus the 72 hours before your first event day.

Since all events are full 24-hour days, your social wall will start monitoring at 12:00am in your event’s time zone.
