Just because it’s self-service doesn’t mean you’re making any compromises. You start with choosing one of the twelve layouts, and then from there get to customize the colors, fonts, background images, use leaderboards and even include your logo, and/or your sponsor’s logos.

If that’s not enough—and you’ve got some developer chops—we offer full HTML, CSS and Javascript customization.  With this, you could customize literally anything on your social wall.

And if you don’t have a developer that can do this level of customization, don’t worry! Our team can build you a custom bespoke social wall template à la carte, or as part of our full-service social wall offering.

Moderation

By default, all of our social walls include filter based moderation for free. Filter-based moderation allows you to use one of our predefined filters, like our profanity filter, minimum follower filter, and retweet filter, but you can also create custom filters and block posts that contain specific words, hashtags, or are sent from specific users.

Should your event want to review every post before it appears on your social wall, you can enable full moderation for an additional $29 per event day. Full moderation enables the moderation console so that instead of posts being instantly displayed on your social wall, they go into a moderators queue and must be approved to appear on your wall.

And if you don’t have staff available to moderate, we also have a managed moderation service available for $199 per event day where our team can moderate your social wall 24/7.

Twitter, Instagram, SMS, Web Forms, and more

Even though we invented the Tweetwall, we support more than just Tweets. In fact, you don’t even have to have Twitter on your social wall at all, you can create an Instagram wall if you want that only shows Instagram posts. Or, if you don’t want your messages to be public, we also support Slack, SMS / MMS (Text messaging and Picture Messaging), Everwall Connect, and a private Web Form that lets your team privately upload text, videos, and images to the social wall.

There are no additional cost for using any of our sources. Mix and match them all on the same social wall.
