My leaderboard isn’t displaying correctly, why?

Leaderboards can be configured to “Reset Daily” or to be for the “Entire Event.” The default setting for leaderboards is Reset Daily, and because of that, if there are no posts with a timestamp for today, the leaderboard may appear empty. For the leaderboard, we use the timestamp of when the post was sent, not when it was approved or moved into the displayed queue.

If you want the wall to include all posts in the leaderboard from the start of the event until the end of the event, without resetting daily, you can change the setting to “Entire Event” in the “Configure Leaderboards and More…” option on the Design page of the builder.
