Does monitoring start immediately after purchase, or on my event days?
When you purchase an Event Social Wall, you are billed only for the actual days of your event, not for the days leading up to it. Your wall does not go live immediately unless you are within 72 hours of your event.
If you purchase the wall in advance, it includes a free 72-hour pre-event monitoring window for testing and to ensure it is not empty at the start of the event. If purchased more than 72 hours before the event, it will go live 72 hours prior to the event start and remain active until the event ends. If purchased within the 72-hour window, it will go live immediately and stay active until the event is scheduled to end.
If you need more time to test things, you can start a trial or if you are going Full Service or have purchased Premium Support, you can request additional testing from your account manager.
Both Ongoing Walls and Social Media Hubs (for your website) go live immediately after purchase, so do not get the pre-event monitoring window.
