My text or images are cut off, how do I fix it?
Given that our social walls are displayed on thousands of different screens, we have to do a lot of calculations to try and account for every possible resolution or orientation. Because of this, and especially if you resize the screen after it loads, it’s possible that we didn’t calculate everything correctly or adjust all of the calculations correctly after you’ve resized the window. To fix this, resize the screen to the size that it will be displayed at, and then refresh the screen (F5 on Windows, or Command+Shift+R on a Mac).
Once the screen has been refreshed, it will recalculate all the dimensions again, and hopefully it should no longer have cut off text or images. In some cases, like long Instagram posts, we will cut off the text so that it doesn’t take up too much of the screen real estate.
