My wall is missing posts, why?

The most common reason posts are missing is that the user who posted them has their account set to private. Only content from public accounts can be displayed on your Social Wall.
To verify if their account is set to private, log out of the social media platform (e.g., X (Twitter) or Instagram) and search for the post using their search function. If the post is not visible while logged out, it’s likely from a private account. If you can see the post while logged out, but it’s not appearing on your wall, you may need to import them manually.
