If someone previously used my hashtag will it automatically populate on the screen?

Unless they have used your hashtag within your monitoring period, those posts will not be pulled into your social wall. However, we do also allow for importing older content manually if you want this content to appear.

If you purchase a wall and upon activation you are already in your monitoring period, then we will automatically do an import for you, and in that case, it may pull in that content if it was posted within the last 7 days. Content older than that would not be automatically imported.

To manually import posts, access your wall and click on the Posts side menu. Click the button with the three dots and select import posts. You will be directed to our import posts tool where you can manually import posts from X (Twitter), Instagram and LinkedIn.
