How do I remove or replace the credit card on file?
If you ever need to remove, update, or replace the credit card on your Everwall account, you can manage everything from your Billing and Payment Info settings. Here’s how:
Remove a Credit Card
We have a detailed tutorial available on how to remove a credit card, however, listed below are the quick steps to remove a credit card:
- Log in to your account and click your account name in the top right of the page then select Billing and Payment Info
- Find the card you’d like to remove.
- Click Delete.
NOTE: If this is your only card, you’ll need to add another card after if you have any subscriptions.
Replace or Update a Credit Card
If you prefer, we have a full tutorial on replacing or updating your credit card, however, here is the short version:
- Log in to your account and click your account name in the top right of the page then select Billing and Payment Info
- Find the card you’d like to update and click Replace button
- Enter the new credit card information then click Update Card to replace your existing credit card with the new one.
NOTE: If you delete your card without adding a new one, any active subscriptions will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. To avoid interruptions, make sure you always have at least one valid card on file.
