When you add the SMS source, you’ll notice that it says that it’s Pending. It will remain Pending until the wall is purchased. Once purchased you’ll get an email with the number so you can get it into your marketing materials.

Currently we support SMS in 17 countries (United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland). Picture messaging (MMS) is only available in the United States and Canada at this time.
Since you’re assigned a phone number, all messages sent to that phone number are displayed—they won’t need to use a specific hashtag.

When enabling SMS we ask for the area code you want to use so that we can enable a number that is local to your event and that your guests will recognize. When you add an area code, that is all you’re doing—telling us what area code you want to use. If you are in a country that doesn’t support this option, we wont ask for the area code, just the country code.…
