Managing Content

Everwall offers four distinct queues for holding posts, depending on the configuration of your social wall. The availability of the queues is determined by whether Full Moderation is enabled on your Social Wall.

It is possible to have Full Moderation enabled, but not active. In the case of full-service social walls, Full Moderation is always enabled during setup, and its activation status is determined based on our discussions with you.

For Self-service social walls, you have the option to enable Full Moderation when you build the social wall. If you choose to include Full Moderation, it will be automatically active by default, but you have the option to deactivate moderation if you prefer.

If Full Moderation is enabled, you will have 4 queues available:

  • Moderation Queue: The Moderation Queue is the default destination for posts when you have Full Moderation enabled and active. Prior to appearing in this queue, all posts undergo thorough checks by filters. Some posts may also be automatically redirected to the Blocked queue instead of the Moderation Queue if they don’t pass the filters that are configured.
  • Displayed Queue: The Displayed Queue is where all posts that have been displayed on your Social Wall go. By default, you’ll only see the posts that are currently being displayed. However, if you scroll down, you’ll find a link to view all displayed posts, including those that are no longer visible on your social wall.
  • Blocked Queue: The Blocked Queue is where all posts that have been blocked from showing on your Social Wall go. Posts can be blocked automatically by filters, or manually from a moderator.
  • Stashed Queue: The Stashed Queue is a special queue where you can keep posts for any specific purpose you may have. Posts will not be automatically moved here by filters or anything else, only you can move posts into the Stashed Queue. If you wish to hide a post and prevent it from being displayed, it should be moved to the Blocked queue instead of the Stashed Queue.

If you do not have Full Moderation, you will only have two queues available:

  • Displayed Queue: The Displayed Queue is where all posts that have been displayed on your Social Wall go. By default you’ll only see the posts that are currently being displayed. However, if you scroll down, you’ll find a link to view all displayed posts, including those that are no longer visible on your social wall.
  • Blocked Queue: The Blocked Queue is where all posts that have been blocked from showing on your Social Wall go. Posts can be blocked automatically by filters, or manually by moving a displayed post into there.
