At Everwall, we pride ourselves in our personalized service and custom experiences we offer for your events. No two events are the same, but each event gets the same meticulous attention to detail.

To help move things through the process, we have a few standard meetings that we like to do for our Full Service customers, and if you’re going Full Service for your event, you can schedule the meetings below.

These meetings are exclusively meant for Full Service customers where the attention to detail, event requirements, and personalized support is paramount.

Full Service Consultation

All Full Service walls start at this first step. Here, we go over everything related to Everwall—how it works, basic details of our platform, and more. This is a 1-on-1 personalized call with you, and someone on our team. You can also invite team members if you wish.

During the call, we’ll learn more about your event, take notes for our team, and make various recommendations. After the call, we usually send over a quote based on what we’ve discussed, and any other collateral that’ll be helpful for you to make your decision.

Design Consultation

After you’ve learned about Everwall and have decided to move forward with using us, the next step is a design consultation. This call is personalized and a collaborative brainstorming session for us to learn exactly what you’d like to do. We’ll discuss various design options, pros and cons of decisions, possibilities and more.

For this call, we ask that all decision makers around the design be on the call. In addition to getting the basic design ideas written down, we’ll want to clarify the decision makers and the processes that are to be followed. We’ll also discuss the scheduling and timelines.

Do not schedule this meeting unless you’ve completed a Full Service Consultation above or are working directly with an Everwall team member.

Training Session

The final call we do before your event—and it’s completely optional—is a training session. If you feel your team needs a quick training session on how to manage posts, change settings, or anything else related to using Everwall at your event, this is the call for you.

In the training session you’ll meet with your Dedicated Account Manager, and everyone on your team that needs to be present can be. We can also record it in case some cannot make it.

Do not schedule this meeting until after your design has been completed since it’s personalized for the particulars of your event’s setup. For standard topics, like how to moderate your social wall, we can schedule this before it’s completed.
