How much customization can we do on the full service offering?
On a Full Service Social Wall essentially everything can be customized, from basic style adjustments to fully custom transitions and interactions. Usually we’ll start with one of our self-service layouts, and then customize from there, but if your event calls for it, we’ll create a template completely from scratch to accomplish what you’re looking to do.
Most often the things we customize are things like adding additional sponsorship logos, showing images or playing videos that overlay the social wall, showing custom agendas that update throughout the day, and using your custom fonts.
We offer three hours of included customization, plus an additional hour for each extra event day (for example, a 3-day event includes 5 hours of included customization: 3 hours for the first day and 2 additional hours for the second and third days). We provide an estimate before starting the work, and any customization beyond the included hours will incur additional charges.
In the end, you’ll receive a custom template that can be used for both Event Social Walls, and Social Media Digital Signage. Please note, customizations for our Social Media Hub product or considered a different template.
