How to Purchase a Custom Template
When creating a social wall in Everwall, you can use our built in templates and customize things from there, or you can pay to have our team custom design a social wall template for your event.
When we design a social wall template for you, the template is reusable for any future events you do with us, whether it’s self-service or full-service. We can use any logos, fonts, images, videos, or anything else you want on the template.
The Process:
- We’ll schedule a Zoom meeting and discuss the exact goals for the social wall template and gather any necessary technical specifications. We’ll also discuss all the design elements you want on the wall, such as your logo, sponsorship elements, fonts etc.
- After the call, you’ll send over any assets (logos, brand guidelines, etc) that we need from you to begin creating mocks.
- Our design team will then generate a few mock-ups based on our initial discussion, which we’ll share with you for review. If revisions are needed, you can provide feedback, or if the mocks meet your expectations, you can authorize us to proceed with building your social wall’s template.
- Finally, we’ll build your social wall template and add it to your account so it can be used.
Before we do any of the above steps, you’ll need to purchase the template within your account. We’ll show you that process below, if you already have an event ready to be setup. How to Purchase a Custom Social Wall Template
Step 1: Access the design builder and click the Get Customization Help button.
Step 2: The window will show you the details of customizing the template. Click Add a Custom Template button to proceed.
Step 3: Once you add the custom template, click the Checkout button in the design builder to proceed with the payment process.
Step 4: Review your payment details and check the Custom Reusable Template added to your billing summary. After purchasing the Event wall, we will reach out via email to setup the initial design call. You can also schedule the call here.
