How do I remove or replace the credit card on file?

You can remove a or replace a credit card in your account by logging into your account and then clicking on your name in the top right of any page.  From the drop down that appears, click on Account Info, and then from the left menu click on Billing & Payment Info.  Scroll down to the Payment Info section and then click on the Replace or Delete button, depending on which one you want to do.

If you delete a card, but do not add a new one and you have active subscriptions, we will cancel those subscriptions at the end of the current billing term.  If you do not want this to happen, please be sure that you always have an active card on file with us.
