How to Delete a Social Wall

Social Walls

Deleting a social wall in Everwall is a permanent action that completely removes the wall and everything associated with it. This includes all posts, layouts, settings, and customizations. Once deleted, the wall cannot be recovered.

You may want to delete a wall if it was created for testing, is no longer needed, or was duplicated by mistake. Before proceeding, make sure you no longer need any of the wall’s content or settings.

You can delete Event Social Walls, Digital Signage, or Social Media Hubs, and the process explained below will work for all of them.

Please note that you cannot delete a wall if it has been previously purchased.

How to Delete a Wall

Step 1: Choose which wall you wish to delete.

select wall to delete

Step 2: You will then be directed to the Overview page of the wall you selected. To delete the wall, click the ‘More’ button (represented by three dots) and choose Delete Wall.

Step 5: If you selected Yes to the final confirmation, then the social wall you selected will have been successfully deleted and we’ll show you a confirmation message. Once you click the OK button on the confirmation message, we’ll send you back to your account overview page where you’ll be able to see any other walls that you have in your account.
