Managing Content

Exporting posts and media files allows you to create a backup of your social wall content. It ensures that you have a copy of all the posts and associated media.

You can export images and video files as well as posts from your Everwall social walls. When exporting posts, you can export them in Excel, CSV, or JSON format. All exports are compressed in Zip format.

When exporting posts, we recommend exporting them in Excel format over CSV. Excel supports unicode and emoji characters, but CSV file does not.

This tutorial will show you how to export posts and/or images.

Step 1: Click the Posts in the left menu to go to the list of your posts.
