Event Agenda General Overview

The Event Agenda feature in Everwall enables you to display a clear and organized event agenda directly on your social wall. When activated, the Event Agenda will temporarily replace the leaderboard or go full screen and cover the entire social wall, ensuring that attendees view the most relevant and up-to-date information about your event.

Key Functions

• Display Event Schedule: Share the start and end times of sessions, activities, or presentations in a structured agenda format.
• Highlight Locations: Indicate where each activity or session will take place, helping attendees navigate the event smoothly.
• Customizable Layout: Tailor the visual appearance of the agenda to match your event’s branding and style.
• Seamless Integration: Easily update the agenda in real-time, ensuring the latest information is always visible to your audience.
• Automatic Removal: Items that have already occurred will be removed automatically from being shown. Your attendees will only see items that happening now, or are happening soon.
• Multi-day Support: Create separate agendas for each day of the event.
• Multiple Display Formats: You can display the agenda for the day in either a “Miscellaneous Bar” format (it takes over where the Leaderboard is), or full screen.
