How to Change Your Password (While Logged In to Your Account)
If you have access to your Everwall account, but want to change your password, you can do so from within your account. For security reasons, you will still need to enter your current password before making any changes.
If you do not currently have access to your account, you can follow these instructions for resetting your password.
How to Change Your Password While Logged In to Your Account
Step 1: Click your name in the top right to view the account menu dropdown, then select Password Settings.
Step 2: Once you are in the password settings page, you need to input the following:
- Current password — the password you are currently using to login
- New password — which should be 8+ characters, and three of the following four items:
- 1+ Uppercase letter
- 1+ lowercase letter
- 1+ digit (0-9)
- 1+ special character, or spaces
- Confirm New Password — re-enter the new password that you have created.
After filling all the information, click the Update Password button to change your password.
Step 3: If your new password meets the above requirements, the password will be changed. If it does not, we’ll tell you what needs to be changed to make it valid.
