What’s the difference between Self-Service and Full-Service?
The short answer is that Self-Service walls are created by you using our online builder, and full service social walls are created by us for you. Full Service Social Walls are fully customizable and anything can be changed, whereas since self-service requires using our online builder you are limited to the options made available in the builder.
With numerous design options available in our self-service social wall builder, you can achieve a custom look unique to your event, which is why most events on our platform utilize this self-service option. Additionally, self-service social walls come with standard support that is provided via chat and email only, and the pricing structure is different compared to full-service options.
Full-Service social walls are custom-built by Everwall specifically for your event. We collaborate with you and your team to understand your event’s exact goals and requirements—such as incorporating sponsor logos, showing agendas or having video overlays—and then we design and build a fully custom social wall for your event (it’s also reusable for future events). Along with a custom-designed social wall, you’ll also be assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as the liaison between your team and ours. They are available via email, phone, SMS, and usually Whatsapp leading up to and during your event so you can reach them anytime you need them.
