What’s the difference between Self-Service and Full-Service?
Self-Service walls are built by you using our online builder. There are quite a bit of design options—so you’ll end up with something custom, regardless—and the vast majority of events using our platform build the walls themselves on our self-service platform. Self-service also has a few other differences besides the fact that you build it, for example, support for self-service walls is via email only, and the pricing is different as well.
Full-Service walls are built by Everwall specifically for you. We work with you and your team to determine what the exact goals are for your event, as well as take specific requirements into account—like sponsor logos, etc—and then build you a custom template that can be used on your wall. In addition to a custom designed wall, you also get a dedicated account manager who works as the liaison between your team and ours. Leading up to the event, and during the event, they are available to you via email, phone, and SMS.
