How to Edit and Delete Polls

After creating a poll, you may need to edit or delete it. To do either of those things, you’ll navigate to the Polls section in the left menu.

When editing a poll, the changes go into effect once you’ve saved it. If you have the poll showing on your social wall, it will update to reflect the new design changes within a few moments. If there are no new design changes, you won’t see it reload.

Because of caching, it may take up to a minute for new categories to be checked if you have the Voting Method set to check for text content, however the other options are instantly in effect.

How to Edit Polls

Step 1: Click the Polls on the sidebar menu to see the list of polls.

Step 2: Select which poll you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the poll information page where you can modify the poll details. To learn more about the poll settings, you can check the How to Create Polls Tutorial in editing the poll details. After modifying the information click the Save Poll button.

How to Delete a Poll

Step 1: Click the Polls on the sidebar menu to see the list of polls.

Step 2: Select which poll you wish to delete and click the more button (represented by 3 dots) then select the Delete Poll option.

Step 3: A window will appear to confirm the removal of the Poll. Click Yes to delete the poll. Once deleted, the poll will no longer be displayed in the list of polls and list of active polls for the webform, and if it was showing on your social wall it will be removed.
