Everwall Refund Policy
You probably wont need it, but here's the nitty gritty about our refund policies.
Last updated: May 25, 2018
Refund requests for Services rendered and/or Subscriptions may be considered by Everwall on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Everwall.
"Unconditional" Money Back Guarantee
Everwall offers multiple Products including: Self-Service Event Walls, Full Service Event Walls, Ongoing Wall Subscriptions, and Embedded Wall Subscriptions. Our Self-Service Event Walls are the only product covered by our Unconditional Money Back Guarantee.
Our Unconditional Money Back Guarantee is as follows: If you contact us during your event, or its pre-event monitoring period, and you indicate that you want a refund due to an issue or deficiency with our product that we cannot rectify, we will issue you a full refund.
If you do not contact us during your event, refunds or account credits will be given at the sole discretion of Everwall.
If cancellation of a Subscription is requested, we will mark your Subscription to terminate on its next Subscription renewal and you will be able to continue to use the Subscription until the end of the current Subscription period, but no refunds will be given.
Subscriptions With Annual Contracts
Everwall offers various Products and Services as a recurring Monthly or Yearly Subscription. Some, but not all, of these Subscriptions may have Annual Contract Terms that you must agree to prior to purchasing the Subscription. Subscriptions with annual contracts are provided on specific products by Everwall so that we can offer the Product or Service at a more affordable rate to you.
In the case of Subscriptions with annual contracts, refunds will not be given for terminating the contract prior to the contract completion.
Refunds & Account Credits
Depending on the reasons for the refund, length of time, or other factors, Everwall may, using its sole discretion, issue an Account Credit instead of a Refund.
For Event Walls, Everwall's general policy is to issue a refund if the Event has not yet occurred and the Event is Canceled, or otherwise will not be needing Everwall's Services.
If the event has occurred, and the customer encountered issues using our service, but did not notify us during the event, we may issue an account credit instead of a refund.
Account Monitoring and Good Faith
Everwall maintains various logs and usage details about all Products and Services we offer. If we believe that your Refund Request is not being made in good faith, we have the right to decline issuing a refund or account credit.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact support from within your account area.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund policy at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
